Judd when she was attacked by two cats, owned by defendants George and Christine Zupon and in the possession of defendant Walter Zupon, and for consequential damages sustained by her husband, plaintiff D. J. Judd. The case was tried before Ben Grussendorf, Judge, and a jury, and at the close of evidence, the court directed a verdict for defendants.
