Appellants, the parents of Ricardo Alvarado, brought a wrongful death and survival action against the City of Brownsville after Ricardo Serna Alvarado committed suicide in the city jail. Appellants challenge the jurys verdict in favor of the City by thirteen points of error, including the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jurys verdict, the trial courts submission of the charge, and the trial courts exclusion of certain evidence. We reverse and remand.
